The Bank Street Memorabilia Pop-Up Shop

In a tribute to the historic buildings hosting them, Turbo will set up a pop-up shop that showcases a series of memorabilia-esque print items inspired by both the visual elements of these structures and objects found at the site.

Riffing on the historic Bank of Sharjah building that hosts the Biennial, The Bank Street Memorabilia Pop-Up Shop by Turbo showcases a series of memorabilia-esque items. Inspired by both the graphic elements of the Bank Street modernist structures as well as objects found at the site, a print sale, visual workshop, and final musical performance between November 24 – 31 create a light-hearted tribute to Arab modernisms.
