Manuela Eichner
Manuela Eichner is a visual artist living and working in São Paulo and Berlin. Her practice ranges from videos to performances, collaborative workshops, illustrations, installations, and more. Manuela often departs from mass media images found in magazines, systematically resorting to the principles of collage and rupture. By uprooting these found images from their original commercial purpose and re-shuffling them into new realities, she aims to lay bare their cultural, spatial, and semantic context. (Brazil / Germany)
